• Please review this important information and reminders regarding our inclement weather protocol.

     

    Inclement weather: 

    • If the district cancels school for the day, as stated in our parent handbook, our CKC program will also be canceled for that day. 

    • If the district decides on a school day early dismissal due to inclement weather, then the CKC program for that afternoon will be canceled. 

    • If the district completes a day of school, but cancels evening activities due to forecasted inclement weather, our afternoon CKC program will operate for one hour only after dismissal. This option is to give parents a chance to get their children picked up prior to poor weather conditions. We ask that you adhere to the one hour so our staff get home safely.

     

    It is important that you have your early dismissal information for your child with your child’s school office, teacher, and please make your child aware of what they will do should CKC cancel due to an early release.
