• Peachjar Fliers

    The Fox C-6 School District has partnered with Peachjar to deliver school-approved fliers directly to your email inbox. Peachjar will be used exclusively for electronic flier distribution, and your email address will not be shared or used for any other purpose. Fliers will also be linked from each school’s website and mobile app for easy access.

     

    Flyer Design Requirements

    Please make sure your flier meets the following design requirements:

     

    • Must be in PDF format
      • If your file is a different format, convert it for free using Smallpdf or a similar service.
    • Cannot exceed 50 MB in file size
      • If your file is larger than 50 MB, compress it for free using Smallpdf or a similar service.
    • Must be 1-4 pages in length
    • For best results, design your flier on an 8.5" x 11" document in portrait orientation.
    • Embedded links within a flier are not supported.
    • For accessibility purposes, flier text will be copied into a description box.
      • Scanned fliers and fonts smaller than 12 point may not be detected.



    Flyer Approval Guidelines

    The Fox C-6 School District Communications Coordinator will evaluate the educational value of the materials or advertisements, the age or maturity of students in the intended audience, and whether the materials or advertisements support the mission and vision of the district.

    Coaches, sponsors, and District departments are invited to utilize Peachjar to distribute flyers for school-sponsored events. Please review the guidelines below prior to submitting a flyer for approval:

    • Flyer must be for a school-sponsored event, club, fundraiser, etc.
    • Flyers for a fundraiser may only be sent to the school or schools that the fundraiser will benefit.
    • flyers for school-sponsored events should have the school and/or District logo on them

    Community organizations outside of the Fox C-6 School District are invited to utilize Peachjar to connect with District families. Any and all community organizations are required to submit flyers through Peachjar as a Community Organization. Flyers from community organizations that will be approved include:

    • Information from non-school sponsored youth sports and recreation activities offered in our community
    •  Information from municipal government agencies in our community that are not political in nature
    • Not for Profit organizations providing educational or enrichment services that may directly benefit students.
